LifeSize make Support Contracts Mandatory

All LifeSize product orders must now include a support contract at the point of sale

 

From February 8th 2010 Lifesize have made the inclusion of an approved service and support contract mandatory for ALL products. There are TWO approved packages available from Touchline Video which meet LifeSize's new requirements.

Touchline Support Service

A premium Warranty and Support service from Touchline Video including Software Updates and Upgrades, Advance Replacement of faulty items, technical telephone/video support to both the end user and the reseller during extended office hours - in-house hardware testing and fault identification - 24-hour video test facilities and unlimited user training/retraining over video for the advertised period. Maintenance and support renewal reminder service.

Lifesize ‘Assurance’ Service

A manufacturer backed Warranty and Support service from Lifesize which includes Software Updates and Upgrades, Advance Replacement of faulty items and technical support to the Reseller ONLY

Who can use Touchline Support Services?

The Extended Warranty service is available to all customers with new and existing videoconferencing equipment within our portfolio. Coverage of existing units will be subject to diagnostic testing by Touchline personnel.

Who can use Lifesize ‘Assurance’ Services?

The Extended Warranty service is available to all resellers with new and existing videoconferencing equipment within the Lifesize portfolio. Coverage of existing units will be subject to diagnostic testing by Touchline personnel.
