In response to customer request and feedback, LifeSize is
consolidating and simplifying their Maintenance Services options - this
will potentially increase your revenue, decrease the complexity of the
service offerings to your end-users and simplify your ordering.
Effective February 2010,
- All Lifesize Customers
will be required to include at least 1 year of Assurance Services
upon hardware purchase.
- The Mandatory Assurances
Maintenance Service will include:
- 1 years
Software\Hardware Maintenance
- Advanced Replacement
- 1 years Help Desk
Service/Support
- Greatly simplified
ordering
- Existing quotations for
services pricing and warranty structure will be honoured throughout
February 2010 and any previously purchased service and/or warranty
will remain unaffected.
This change in how Lifesize services are provided will make
life simpler and easier for our reseller partners by reducing the cost
for a 1 year maintenance contract and (by including Hardware/Software
Support, Advanced Replacement and Help Desk support facilities) reducing
ordering complexity.
