EasyMeeting Demo Agreement Demonstration Equipment: Prior to release of demonstration equipment customer must sign the attached Services Order. Standard terms are 14 and 30 days for evaluation. At the end of the evaluation period customer must return at their cost all hardware in it´s original packaging. Any damage to the hardware is the responsibility of the customer to re-imburse Easymeeting. Costs for repair or replacement will be invoiced to customer and all invoices are due within 30 days. If original packaging is damaged or not returned, customer will be invoiced €200.00 for hardware packaging replacement costs. If customer does not return demonstration equipment for any reasons at the conclusion of the demonstration, evaluation or trial period as per attached services order customer will be billed full MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price). All hardware is fully tested and quality ensured prior to shipment to customer. At the end of demonstration / trial / evaluation period customer will not be able to use Easymeeting´s services unless ordered or authorized in writing by Easymeeting Easymeeting reserves the right to cancel and delete all customer information, data and other. Customer will not be able to use any Easymeeting service unless authorized in writing by Easymeeting. All services and equipment is the property of Easymeeting. Easymeeting will not archive any WebTV or streaming events without the customer´s knowledge. Customer is not allowed to supply user and login information to parties not listed on services order sheet or unless authorized by Easymeeting in writing.
